Role: Registered Manager
Hours: Full time hours 35+ per week with additional on-call hours required on a rota basis.
Location: Manchester
Salary: negotiable depending on experience.

Role Overview:

Complex Care professionals are recruiting a highly motivated Branch Manager who will be required to be hands on in ensuring high quality standards are met.

As Registered Manager you will be seen as a wealth of knowledge and support for your team and be expected and be responsible for:

· Manage all aspects of the staff team & provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities & have support they need to carry out their role.

  • Recruitment, retention and management of Field Staff
  • Responsible for the delivery of high quality care
  • Supporting & Working with client and their families/ representatives
  • Safeguarding
  • Business development
  • Managing Complex Clients in the community
  • Attending MDT meetings
  • Working with clinical teams to deliver Nurse Delegated interventions in the community
  • Monitor & Maintain the compliance of quality of the branch against the standards set by CQC
  • Supervision of all staff with the ability to motivate
  • Detailed knowledge of CQC Standards
  • Going the extra mile

Experience:

  • Managing High Standards of Adult Social Care (Required)
  • CQC and Compliance (Preferred)
  • Experience of Managing Complex Care (preferred)
  • Level 5 (or willing to work towards)
