About us

Ashgill Care Home is a family owned, purpose built Care Home in North Glasgow. We provide 24 hour care for up to 60 residents, including specialised nursing care, respite care and palliative care.

We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our nursing care home, including overseeing staff, ensuring quality of care, and ensuring that all regulatory standards are met. The Home Manager must have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home.
  • Supervise staff and ensure that they are performing their duties properly.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care provided to residents.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports as required.
  • Provide support to residents and their families.

Salary is negotiable, dependant on experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:
