Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a new manager for Hillcroft House. Located in Stowmarket, Hillcroft House is a care home specialising in residential and dementia care for up to 42 residents.

Previous management experience in a residential home setting is preferred along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.

At Hillcroft House we provide residential, respite, Dementia and Palliative care for elderly people in the Suffolk area. Located in Stowmarket, our home has been described as ‘magical’ by our residents.
The staff here are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and reliable. Many members of the team have worked at the home for a number of years and don’t want to leave!
