Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our Brand new service based in Telford.

The role:

As a Registered Manager you will oversee the care delivery within the service, maintaining responsibility for all aspects of customer care within the setting, developing, and building strong relationships with Local Authorities, CQC and Primary Care Trust Commissioners. You will be the forefront in leading the team in ensuring safe and effective care is always provided, guiding, and supporting the team to ensure CQC compliance standards are maintained, taking appropriate action where needed. You will lead and promote excellence in quality care, and always strive for outstanding.

You wil be responsible for growing the areas under your registration, meeting with key contacts and gaining contracts and tenders and helping MCHC achieve their plan of becoming nationwide.

About you:

We are looking for a passionate and confident leader who has experience managing and growing care buisnesses, you will be confident working on your own inititive and work well with in a team.

You should be ambitious with a genuine drive and passion to make a lasting difference in social care.

You will be an effective responsive communicator and keen to share your knowledge and experience with the team to ensure the high standard of care we strive to deliver whilst creating a compassionate and respectful environment for both customers and staff.

Requirements:

Clear enhanced DBS record

Health & Social Care degree and/ or management qualification within the health care sector or equivalent

Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC and current legislations with a proven track record of CQC performance ratings.

Ambitious, driven and responsive.

Strong professional presentation and communication skills

Experience in a similar role with experience in growing a business.

Full UK driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

  • Registered Manager: 1 year (required)
