Experienced Registered Manager required for a complex care provider for the East Midlands, with expansion, tendering and bidding experience in both complex and short call domiciliary services.
Established and renowned company, with a modern and forward thinking approach requires an innovative and adaptive experienced Registered Manager for all aspects of compliance, management, KPI, reporting and auditing etc in adherence with multiple local authority stakeholders and CQC.
Experience in LD, ABI and ASD particularly useful also.
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of a complex care company
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
– Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
– Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and support
– Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper care and treatment of residents
– Monitor and manage the budget for the facility, including financial planning and reporting
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, staff performance, and facility operations
– Collaborate with families and guardians to address any concerns or issues that may arise
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control
– Familiarity with social work practices and principles
– Proficient in medication administration protocols and procedures
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
