We are recruiting a registered Manager for Tudor Manor care home, 22 bed residential home in Stourbridge.

As the Care home Manager , you will hold a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of care services. You will be responsible for overseeing and orchestrating the various aspects of care provision, aligning with our commitment to personalized and dignified care for all residents.

We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential care home, including overseeing staff, providing guidance and support to residents, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met. The Home Manager must have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home.
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the home.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the home.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Provide support to residents and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with LA and CQC regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Deputy Care Home Manager: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Stourbridge: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
