We are currently recruiting a fulltime Home Care Manager to join our reputable, established and expanding Domiciliary Care company. This is a Fulltime permanent position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. With a passion and drive to and to expand in south Lanarkshire. And lead the teams and support, and provide excellent care at home.

All applications must have a minimum SVQ Level 4 or equivalent. They must already have experience of Domiciliary Home Care and have an understanding of social care sector. Be SSSC Registered

Main responsibilities will include:

– Recruitment

– Selection and Retention of Staff

– Training

– Supervision and Appraisal of Staff

– Rota & Carer Allocations

– Personal Care Plan Assessments & Reviews

– Liase with Local Authorities (eg social work, GPs, District Nurses)

– Liase with Client and their families to maintain and develop good relationships

– Liase with Care Inspectorate

– Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures

– To work out in the field as well as office based

– Take part in the On Call Out of Hours service as and when required
