About the Home

Brooklyn House in Attleborough. The 38 bedded home has been designed and built to the highest specification and offers residential and nursing care in a warm and caring environment. Your home is where the start of a great career is.

Responsibilities

You will be the Registered CQC Manager with a current NMC pin. You will take pride in moving the home towards achieving Outstanding. This is a pivotal role where your actions and decisions will make a huge difference to residents and their families. As a home manager you will be confident in delivering a vision of the future and lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver outstanding personalised care to our residents to enable them to lead fulfilling lives.

Your motivational and relationship skills will help every member of your staff to develop in their roles and beyond and build strong and trusted connections with your Regional Managers, Operations Directors and CQC. Your management skills, together with responsibility for your P&L and EBITDA, will ensure a strong return for the wider business.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strong leader who is confident in delivering a vision of the future who is clear with their expectations and supportive of the team. You should be able to manage recruitment and training, as well as accurate reporting. You will be ambitious and want the best for your home, staff and residents. We require Registered Manager’s experience in a dementia home and as a dementia specialist your knowledge and experience will match your passion for care.
