Our luxury care home, situated in the beautiful, historic town of Sale, is looking to appoint a Home Manager.

We’re looking for a powerhouse of an individual, who oozes charisma and is resolute to achieve great results at Amberley Care Home.

Home Manager Contract

  • Basic salary offering up to £85,000 per annum.
  • 40% Bonus of salary per annum – OTE of £112,000
  • £5,000 upon passing your probation.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Generous holiday allowance.

Our Current KPIs

  • Compliance: In March ’23, we received an overall grade of ‘Good’, but we were marked as ‘Requires Improvement’ in Well-led.
  • Agency: On average, over the last 4-weeks, we have used 121-hours of agency. This is out of the ordinary for us, considering we were consistently using ZERO agency for 3-4 months – The agency usage has spiked over the holiday season.
  • Occupancy: We currently sit at 68% full. Our primary focus is on the private / self-funder market.

  • Strong working history driving occupancy / improving fees.
  • Clinical qualification is essential.
  • Prior success managing a large care home, within the elderly care sector.

  • Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals
  • Embedding the highest standards of care
