We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join the Trust as Registered Manager for Orchards.
Holding a CQC rating of Good with Outstanding in Well Led, the Orchards registration consists of the homes Orchards 1 & 2 and Offa’s Dyke. Together these homes support 20 adults with learning, PMLD, and associated physical disabilities and health needs to live with warmth, fun and happiness. Surrounded by trees and next to our smallholding, yet close to towns and cities, clients have a wide variety of opportunities to pick from.

Leading a passionate staff team of 75, with the assistance of two capable deputies, you will be fully supported by the CEO, Head of Support, HR and Finance Managers and your peers, along with other members of the senior management team and external HR and H&S advisors. You will also benefit from working with colleagues across the charity as part of a supportive wider team and have an active role in the future strategic development of the Trust.
