As a Registered Branch Manager for Curant Care you will manage the overall responsibility for the success of the business in respect of budgets, targets, key performance indicators, staffing, quality & compliance, securing new business, and delivering quality care services. You will be fully responsible for ensuring branch operations meet and exceed our customer expectations.

As the Registered Branch Manager your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring Curant Care operational policies are adhered to by all team members.
Ensuring care workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company’s policy & procedures and the care quality commission.
Meet and exceed companies KPI’s
Grow and develop the business.
Increase awareness of company reputation.
Lead our Branch and provide care and support services as required.
Recruitment and Development of your team
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent within the sector – or currently working towards a level 5.
Experience of managing and leading a team
Understanding of the social care sector
Knowledge of finance is preferred but not essential
A proven background in Health and Social Care.
