**Key Responsibilities:**

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of our care agency, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.

– Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.

– Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure personalized and holistic care.

– Implement robust care plans, conduct assessments, and regularly review individual progress to meet evolving needs.

– Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations.

– Monitor and manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


– Proven experience as a Registered Manager within the care sector, ideally with a minimum of four years’ experience.

– In-depth knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.

– Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.

– A compassionate and person-centered approach to care, with a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of elderly individuals.
