We are looking for a Registered Nurse to be responsible for the day to day running and management of two nursing homes which are 21 and 22 bedded.
The role involves maintaining all regulatory compliance.
Liaising with health care professionals. Staff recruitment and retention, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies i.e. Care inspectorate, environmental health, fire protection, local authority and IPC
Will be required to do out of hours on call
Will be supported by Deputy managers, Assistant Manager and administrator.

We are looking to appoint a passionate manager experienced in Elderly care to support an established team in delivering compassionate care at our highly respected and long established care homes. You will demonstrate the ability to earn the trust and respect of a dedicated care team through your leadership style and commitment, be knowledgeable about best practice in Elderly care, and know how to apply relationship centered and person centered care approaches. You should be confident and capable of conducting risk assessments, reviewing and writing comprehensive person centered care plans.
We are rated VERY GOOD in all domains by CI. They are very well established care homes.
We are looking for someone special to join and lead and support our team with the day to day responsibilities of creating a sense of home and community whilst complying with standards, legislation and regulation._
Salary will be £40,000.00 – £50,000.00 depending on experience.
