An enthusiastic, motivated and caring individual is required to manage the day to day running of two Extra Care sites. You will need to allocate staff, resources and monitor performance to deliver a high quality care service to our customers whilst meeting all required internal standards/processes along with CQC and external care regulatory requirements.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working as a Registered Manager. You will be an organised, pro-active person with experience of managing staff, excellent customer service and administrative skills. You must be willing to provide practical support to your team. This could be your ideal opportunity to make a real difference to people in their own homes. You will hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and substantial experience of managing/supervising a team. It is essential that you have a good understanding of delivering person centred care to a high level.
