Windward House Care Home
Windward House is a 42-bed residential care home in the heart of South Brent. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Manager to join our team of professionals.
The ideal candidate must possess a person-centred care approach, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), recent experience of working in a similar role within a regulatory CQC care setting, and acute attention to detail.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services that align with regulations, best practices, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the regulated service, ensuring compliance with CQC’s statutory and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate must hold a Diploma Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, or equivalent. Be IT literate with excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & with electronic records and have outstanding leadership and management skills. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet business needs.
