This job has been created for a Registered Manager to help our organisation to be approved by the CQC as a social adult care provider.

Duties:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of a home care facility
– Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients
– Manage a team of caregivers and support staff
– Develop and implement care plans for clients
– Conduct assessments and reassessments of client needs
– Coordinate with healthcare professionals and social workers to provide comprehensive care
– Monitor medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
– Maintain accurate records and documentation
– Manage budgets and financial resources effectively

Qualifications:
– Must be a registered manager with relevant certifications and licenses
– Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Knowledge of social work principles and practices
– Financial acumen and experience with budgeting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
