Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our home care services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care delivery while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– *Leadership and Management:* Provide strong leadership to our care team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the highest quality of care and support. Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and client-centered care.

– *Regulatory Compliance:* Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, including CQC standards. Implement and maintain policies and procedures that adhere to industry best practices.

– *Client Assessments and Care Planning:* Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized care plans. Regularly review and update care plans to meet evolving needs.

– *Staff Training and Development:* Oversee the training and development of our care team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care. Facilitate ongoing education and professional growth opportunities.

– *Quality Assurance:* Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes, including regular audits, client feedback mechanisms, and caregiver evaluations. Drive a culture of continuous improvement.

– *Financial Management:* Manage the budget for the home care services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective operations.

– *Communication and Collaboration:* Foster effective communication channels between staff, clients, and their families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.

Experience:
– Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as a Registered Manager or in a managerial position within the healthcare industry
– Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting
– Knowledge of social work principles and practices
– Familiarity with home care services and regulations
– Experience with medication administration
