Royal Care

To provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing staff and people management functions of Sreevijay Ltd TA RoyalCare

⚫ To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at the agreed prices

⚫ To maintain the operations of Sreevijay Ltd TA Royal Care at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider

⚫ Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

⚫ Be responsible for providing all Mandatory Training including face to face training for all staff including administrative staff.

⚫ Be Responsible for All staff DBS and references up to date.

⚫ Be Responsible for coordinating Field workers and take appropriate action in timely manner.

⚫ Be responsible for arranging on call rota.

⚫ Be responsible and short notice absences and sickness R/v and take appropriate action.

⚫ Be responsible for Dismissal, disciplinary and safeguarding for the staff and service users.

⚫ Be responsible for Electronic Documentation induction and training to all new staff.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £26,400.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Canterbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
