As the Registered Manager of the service, you will work to deliver and manage a high-quality service that meets the compliance and regulatory standards as set out by the CQC.
You will direct the staff team and be accountable for the effective operational management of the Service working to enhance the quality of clients’ lives and enable them to live as independently as possible.
You will be required to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, other Health and Social Care professionals, clients and carers.
You will have good communication skills, enjoy a challenge and be flexible.
You will be required to work during the day including unsociable hours, with On Call and Standby duties during days, evenings and weekends, in accordance with the needs of the service.
This role also involves working collaboratively with the wider team; we have several other offices and we want to ensure a consistent and quality service is delivered in all areas.

Applicants must have the following qualifications and experience:
A Registered Managers Award or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Health & Social Care is desirable, or be willing to work towards this within the first 12 months of employment.
