About Us

Homes Together is a group of residential care homes providing support to young adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. We are now recruiting a Registered Manager for our Pennington Division.

What Does the Role Involve?

  • Promoting the independence, health and wellbeing of our service users
  • You will be the Registered Manager responsible for ensuring the service is running in compliance with regulating authorities and in line with the quality assurance framework
  • Provide day to day management and supervision of staff
  • Assess new service users and review existing packages to ensure needs and outcomes are met
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a holistic service
  • Develop and manage rotas
  • Work within a budget

What You Need

  • Management experience in Health and Social Care
  • Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Have the ability to interpret and apply CQC fundamental standards
  • To be experienced in performance management and staff development
  • To have excellent IT skills
  • To be able to work flexibly which includes working with the deputy manager on the on-call system
