Key Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the Care Manager to run the day-to-day running of the service through the Policies, training, supervision, and guidance provided by Apex Prime Care.
It is the responsibility of the Care Manager to Support the aims and objectives of Apex Prime Care in line with the CQC
Achieving a high level of quality in the service provided to the Service Users in accordance with Apex Prime Cares Quality Assurance Policy
Assist in marketing the services provided by Apex Prime Care to potential carers, Service Users, Health Professionals, and other agencies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Minimum 3 years experience in home care or care homes.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care Desirable but not Essential. Following your registration as Manager you will be supported to complete this.
