We have an opportunity available for a full time Multi-site Registered Sevice Manager (salary £44,555 per annum) to lead our brand new Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Services based in Preston & Burnley, PR1,7QE.

The service will provide intermediate short term rehabilitation support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and individuals on the autistic spectrum and is designed to be a personalised, interactive and collaborative process, reflecting the whole person. It will enable an individuals to maximise their potential to live a full and active life within their family, social networks, education/training and the workplace where appropriate, in the context of their mental health and promote recovery.

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing care and support to service users across 2 supported living services, ensuring that they receive a person-centred service that meets and exceeds all legislative and CQC inspection requirements.
You’ll lead the successful development of the service, ensuring that it runs in an efficient and safe manner while colleagues provide the highest standard of care to our service users. But more than that, you’ll be leading a team of compassionate, caring individuals who are dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives. Your role is all about people – building relationships, understanding individual needs, and providing the support that enables each person to live their best life.
You’ll provide leadership and management to your team, continuously identifying their training and development needs to ensure they can deliver the best possible care. So, if you’re ready to step up and make a real impact in the lives of others, then we want to hear from you!

Candidates must have a Level 5 Diploma in health & social care and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting. Clincal expereince would be an advantage.
You also must hold a driving licence and have access to own transport to travel between the services.
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
