About the Role:
As a dedicated CQC Registered Manager, you will assume responsibility for our supported living provision across the Harrogate & Northallerton region. Supported by a team of Managers and Assistant Managers, you will have the opportunity to promote and implement best practices, ensuring exceptional care. Within the region, we empower 41 individuals to lead inclusive and fulfilling lives, both within their homes and the community, through our Active Support approach. Your role will involve shaping and delivering strategies within your areas of influence, as well as across the wider Trust.
