LDC Care Co

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager from the Care Sector to oversee services within our supported living provision. You will oversee a cluster of services and the support of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses who are prone to exhibiting incidents of challenging behaviour. You will have gained experience in supporting complex individuals and the associated challenges this presents, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to achieve outcomes which assist the reduction of incidents alongside those individuals.

Committed to working towards excellence, you will demonstrate professional leadership whilst inspiring your team to provide the highest quality person-centered support and care. Your team will support service users to achieve their goals and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities, and other initiatives.

The Company

LDC Care Co is a specialist care provider with over 55 services across Kent, supporting adults with highly complex learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses within residential and supported living environments. We employ over 350 staff who are trained to provide highly specialist support, focusing on building bespoke person-centered services around the individuals.

With multiple CQC ratings of ‘Outstanding’ we are proud of our ability to provide high quality care to individuals who have struggled to maintain other mainstream placements or have spent time within secure settings, and reintegrate them back into the wider community to pursue social, personal, or vocational development opportunities.

The Person

Management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care Sector is an essential requirement for this role. This may be at a Deputy level looking for that next career step, or you may be an established Manager hoping to support some wonderful, but complex individuals. The successful candidate will be supported through the CQC registration process to become a named individual of our registration.
