Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia and Learning Disabilities in Salford and the surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to lead the team for our Dementia Support services, which comprises of our Poppy Specialist Day Support and the Poppy Dementia Suite – a purpose built 4 bed facility supporting people with short term dementia care, in Swinton regulated by the CQC service.

For this role, you will either be a registered manager and will have undergone the interview process with CQC with experience of managing a similar setting, or have the relevant experience and knowledge to be a registered manager with CQC, with a minimum of a Level 4 Management Qualification.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating our current staff team and be able to adapt to changing care needs to ensure the highest quality of care is always given. You will be able to build relationships with family members, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams along with other health professionals and commissioners and be an excellent communicator.

The role will allow you to develop and build on our existing services, ensuring continuous quality improvement and provision in line with all current regulations and guidance, and to ensure they are responsive to the changing needs of people supported, carers, commissioners, and other stakeholders.
