HealthWorks Concierge

At Healthworks we understand that's it’s not just the recruitment process that can be challenging, but also onboarding and retention. This is why we offer clients our free concierge to assist and support you with all of these areas.

Meet Millie, a member of our friendly Healthworks team who can give you more information about the HealthWorks Concierge and organise the process for you.

We are here to help you with any questions you might have, or even to just chat about your process – whatever it might be, we are here to help you.

Free services that we offer to our concierge clients:

Marketing Audit

To help you solve the first challenge in recruitment, we will carry out an Indeed audit, looking into demographics, budgets, as well as other areas to ensure you are getting the best value for money from your Indeed campaign. We will also carry out a marketing audit where we can advise you on how best to utilise social media.

Our Healthworks team have experience and knowledge of how to optimise Indeed, and best ways to present your care company on social media. 76% of candidates check care companies’ social media pages before their interview, so social media is an essential tool to showcase your values.

This is why we will show you how to use Indeed and social media as a way to communicate with candidates about what life is like at your company.

If you would like us to carry out an audit, please contact: millie@healthworkspeople.com   who will gladly organise this for you.

Candidate Retention Incentives

At Healthworks we believe that retention within the care sector is arguably more of a challenge than recruitment. This is why we offer a unique candidate incentive – we gift a free stay in our holiday home, to all candidates that we place in your organisation, on completion of their first 6 months employment with you.

Healthworks is from a wider care group, so retention is something that we witnessed first-hand as being a challenge. Having an incentive of a holiday home is a way of showing appreciation to the amazing candidates that we place for all the hard work that they do, and encourages longevity in their placements.

As well as the holiday home, we can also offer advice on other retention ideas that have proven to be popular in the care sector. For example we can guide you with setting up staff benefits online, such as online GP, Perkbox.

Support with Onboarding

We understand that our clients are always very busy, meaning that sometimes onboarding can be forgotten about. This is why we offer support, assisting with things that you might not have time to do.

We can provide you with a step-by-step onboarding guide from offer to first day and beyond.

We can also assist with onboarding factors that you don’t have time for. An example could be if you have just placed a new interim manager who needs accommodation, we can help you find affordable, comfortable accommodation for the duration of their time so that you don’t have to worry about extra onboarding admin. Or if you have a permanent manager relocating, we can help them find their new home.
